1. About us
This website is operated by Social Marketing Sweden AB (company reg. no. 556834-6182), trading as Doglivo ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is in Onsala, Sweden. You can contact us at jackhborn@hotmail.se or +46 70 148 55 93. Our store is powered by Shopify.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions, availability and prices may change without notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Your right to cancel and our guarantee
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to return a product.
7. Faulty products
Our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are for personal and household use only.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which also processes personal information as described in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
