How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Is delivery free?

Yes – we offer free standard delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom.

Are there any customs fees?

No. All prices include VAT and there are no extra charges on delivery for UK customers.

Which harness size should I choose?

Measure your dog's chest girth and weight and compare them with our size guide. If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Will the No-Pull Harness stop my dog pulling?
