Free UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Estimated delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Duties and taxes

All prices shown in our store include VAT. There are no additional customs charges for UK customers.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us at info@nordretail.com  with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
