We want you and your dog to love our products. That's why every Doglivo order comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. Our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
How to return
- Email us at info@nordretail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the product back, in its original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the money to appear in your account.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility.
