Return policy (60 days)
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
* be in the same condition as when it was delivered
* be unused
* be in its original packaging
A receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the same conditions as for returns apply:
* the product must be in as-new condition
* the product must be in its original packaging

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, we cover the return shipping costs.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
The refund is paid to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the return.
Please note that it may take a few extra banking days before the amount appears in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
