Delivery time
Processing your order takes 2–3 business days.
Our products are shipped either from our international warehouse with tracked delivery in 6–12 business days or, if the product is available in our Swedish warehouse, with tracked delivery in 1–2 business days via Schenker.
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been placed.
If the order is shipped from our international warehouse, import charges may apply.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email together with a tracking number.

VAT, customs and import charges
If the order is shipped from our international warehouse, customs and import charges may apply.
Our prices do not include value added tax (VAT).
Any customs duties, VAT and other import costs for orders shipped from our warehouse in China are the customer's responsibility.
